Mean unscaled concentration-versus-time profiles of tumor ECF Pt in mouse models of melanoma and patients with cutaneous melanoma. In total, six mice were evaluated for each mouse model of melanoma, except for the A375 xenograft model, for which seven mice were analyzed. Plasma samples from 6 patients were evaluated.
