MitoSox Red localizes to mitochondria of DHA treated cells. Cells loaded with MitoSox Red (1 μM) and MitoTracker Green (0.5 μM) for 30 min were further incubated with DHA for 60 min and analyzed by an array confocal laser scanning microscope. Image analysis (colocalization analysis) was performed using MetaMorph® Software 7.7; (n=8).
