Plasmin does not affect surface plasma membrane abundance of TRPV5. (A) TRPV5-transfected HEK293 cells were treated with 10 nM plasmin. Tissue kallikrein (TK), 100 nM, was used as positive control. N-hydroxysuccinimide-long chain-long chain-biotin (NHS-LC-LC-biotin) was added to media for 30 minutes before cells were lysed, and the biotinylated fraction was pulled down with neutravidin-agarose beads.
