IHC analysis of H2B-GFP expression in pulse-chase experiments with compound hnRNP-rtTA/tetO-H2B-GFP mice.A) Untreated compound animals do not express nuclear H2B-GFP. B) After 7 days of doxycycline treatment in the drinking water (pulse) the vast majority of esophageal cells are positive for nuclear GFP expression. After the doxyxycline pulse, mice were chased (no dox in drinking water) and analyzed at 5 (C), 7 (D), 10 (E) and 12 days (F). Images were taken at 60x magnification.
