Differentially expressed TF genes and classification of TF families. TF genes were classified into TF families by using publicly available Arabidopsis TF databases [Database of Arabidopsis Transcription Factors (DATF); Plant Transcription Factor Database (PlnTFDB); cotton Transcription Factor (http://planttfdb.cbi.pku.edu.cn:9010/web/index.php?sp=gh)]. The 466 TF genes were classified into 22 TF families. Numbers represent the percentage of TF families out of the 466 TF genes.
