Continuous variables are expressed as mean ± SD, except for age and age at headache onset (median and interquartile range). For age and age of headache onset variables Kruskal–Wallis test was used and relative Chi square values are reported. For the other continuous variable t test was used. Percentages between groups were compared by the Chi square test
