Pansorbin and PMA induce ROS production by human EBV-transformed B lymphocytes. EBV-transformed B lymphocytes (2 x 10⁶ cells) were incubated in 0.5 ml Hanks buffer containing 10 μM luminol and 10 U HRPO at 37°C for 10 min. Pansorbin (at 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 or 4 mg/ml) (A) or PMA ( at 10, 50, 100, 200 or 400 ng/ml) (B) were added and luminol- and HRPO amplified chemiluminescence was measured.
