A) Steroidogenic mRNA expression increased after treatment with CRH and/or antagonist in GD15 mouse testis. Eight to twenty-one samples/group were exposed for 24 hours in vitro to varying concentrations of CRH and/or 10 µM of antagonist. mRNA levels were determined by Taqman-based qRT-PCR.
