(A) Wild-type cells (K19134) expressing Scc1GFP and Mtw1RFP were arrested in α-factor for 3.5 hr. Gal1p-Sic1(9 m) was overexpressed (right) or not (left) for 2 hr before pheromone release by addition of galactose. Live-cell imaging was performed at indicated time points.
