GRK2 expression is increased in thioglycolate-challenged KI neutrophils. Bone marrow (A) and peritoneal (C) cells were harvested from thioglycolate-challenged mice at 4 h postinjection. Neutrophils were fixed, permeabilized, and immunostained with rabbit anti-GRK2 and secondary Alexa 488-conjugated anti-rabbit antibodies. DNAs were stained with Hoechst 33324.
