(B, C) Huh-7.5 cells transduced to express the indicated DNAJC14 pTM mutant constructs were infected with YFV (MOI, 5) or not infected and fixed 1 day later. Cells were stained with antibodies to NS3 or calnexin as indicated and examined by confocal microscopy for DNAJC14 mutant construct or calnexin (green) and NS3 (red) localization.
