MuAstV detection in commercially available mice. Mice lacking B and T cells were ordered from three vendors in the United States and immediately sacrificed upon delivery. Viral genomes in (A) fecal samples or (B) mesenteric lymph nodes were quantitated using a qRT-PCR.
