Protein ID lists the UniProtKB accession number for each of the proteins identified in Fig. 2B. SC refers to the percent sequence coverage for the protein purified and identified using the 5′ extremity of the MNV genomic RNA (5′G). NR refers to the data acquired when we used a nonrelated RNA, as described in the text. The identification probability was calculated using the ProteinProphet algorithm. Samples were arranged per gel slice excised from the gel presented in Fig. 2B and then ranked based on the number of unique peptides identified.
