Determination of the IL-13–response region in the rat RhoA gene promoter. A) The sequence of the 5′-flanking region of the rat RhoA gene. B) Cultured human bronchial smooth muscle cells were transfected with a series of luciferase reporter plasmids containing various lengths (−1195, −675, −348, −238, and −166/+10 bp: D0, D1, D2, D3, and D4, respectively) of the rat RhoA gene promoter.
