In vitro effects of VIP treatment on ECM protein levels from B6- and BALB/c-derived fibroblasts. Fibroblasts were stimulated with LPS (25 μg/mL) + VIP treatment (10−9 M) for 18 hours. Protein levels of ITG-α1 (A), CD44 (B), LAMA-1 (C), ECM1 (D), VCAN (E), and SPP1 (F) were determined by ELISA.
