Steroid cotreatment affects the response of a subset of estrogen and androgen target genes in a dose-dependent manner. FKBP5 and CTSD are presented as controls for treatment effects. DOCK10 and CD9 were identified from microarray analysis as DHT-responsive genes antagonized by E2 treatment and PGR, RERG, and VTCN1 as E2-responsive genes antagonized by DHT treatment.
