A. Batch culture of strain 3610 in MSgg at 37°C with aeration. A600 refers to the absorbance of the culture at 600 nm, and eDNA refers to the eDNA concentration in the culture supernatant. Data presented are representative of results obtained in, at least, three independent experiments. B. eDNA from another culture of strain 3610 was electrophorized on an agarose gel, the same volume of precipitated eDNA was loaded in each well.
