Measurements were performed at 298 K in D2O, pH 7.4, with R1(para) relaxation rates extracted using Equation 1 and distance restraints calculated with Equation 2 for modeling of the M-IV complex with MycG. Relaxation rates and distance restraints were calculated using a KD for the complex of 700 nm.
