CaMKKβ is required for maximal MIF/d-DT-dependent regulation of AMPK. A, A549 cells were siRNA-transfected as indicated for 40 h followed by addition of vehicle or the CaMKK inhibitor, STO-609 (5 μm), for an additional 8 h. Lysates were examined by immunoblotting.
