(B–C) Myc-PALB2 and Flag-PALB2 (PALB2 wild-type or PALB2 deletion mutants) were co-expressed in HEK293T cells and followed by an IP with anti-Flag antibody. Immunoprecipitated proteins were detected by western blotting with anti-Flag or anti-Myc antibodies. (D) Size-exclusion chromatography analysis of HEK293T whole-cell extracts expressing Flag-PALB2 or Flag-PALB2^Δ1–40. Proteins of each fraction were detected by western blotting with an anti-Flag antibody. Molecular weight standards are indicated at the bottom of the Figure.
