Transfection of pcDNA-EFNA1 increased whereas transfection of pcDNA-EphA2 attenuatedcdx-2 expression in NSCLC cells. Plate A: cells were either activated with ephrin-A1 or transfected with pcDNA-EFNA1 (pcDNA-EFNA1 is vector containing ephrin-A1 construct). Cdx-2 mRNA expression was analyzed by quantitative real time PCR.
