3HAA reduced murine lung allograft injury/rejection 3 weeks after transplantation. Lung allografts from recipient mice treated with 250 μg/kg of 3HAA for 4 weeks after transplantation demonstrated less rejection/injury, compared with vehicle-treated mice.
