P = 0.020 for vehicle pigs versus MDL-28170 pigs.

For regional Frank–Starling slope normalized to baseline value, P = 0.020 for vehicle pigs versus MDL-28170 pigs. Indices derived from the Frank–Starling relation were not determined during RVPO because IVC occlusion during severe RVPO results in hemodynamic instability.
