MTS cell viability assays testing the viability of control vs. CSC-treated 10B and A549 cells in the presence of doxorubicin. Absorbance (Y-axis) values were normalized by dividing over the absorbance of the 0 µM doxorubicin samples. Results indicate that CSC has a protective effect against doxorubicin-induced cell death.
