H292 cells were transduced for lacZ or HSulf-1 over-expression and treated with or without cadmium. Total mRNA of duplicate samples was isolated, Apoptosis PCR arrays were performed, and results were combined to analyze gene expression. Genes that were up- or down-regulated more than 2-fold over “lacZ control” levels are indicated. Red, up-regulation; Blue, down-regulation; Black, non-significant change.
