PLD1 is localized in the late endosome, lysosome and autophagosome. HEK293 cells were cotransfected with RFP-PLD1, and the indicated GFP constructs and fluorescent signals were then observed by fluorescence microscopy. These data are representative of results obtained from three experiments.
