Effects of lipoteichoic acid (LTA) on translocation of the transcription factor, nuclear factor (NF)-κB, from the cytoplasm to nuclei. A549 cells were exposed to 30 μg/ml LTA for 1, 6, and 24 h. Amounts of nuclear NF-κB p65 (nNF-κB) were immunodetected (A, top panel). Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was detected as the internal standard (bottom panel).
