Relative localisation of virus capsids and TGN46 in HSV1-infected Vero, HeLa, and HFFF-2 cells. Cells grown on coverslips were infected with the GFP-VP26 virus (green) at a multiplicity of 2, and fixed at 5, 7, 9, or 11 h after infection.
