NF-κB activity was inhibited by PN in Raji cells. (A) Raji cells were treated with PN at different concentrations for 6, 12 and 24 h; nuclear extracts were prepared and subjected to a RelA/p65-specific NF-κB DNA binding assay (^*P<0.05 vs. control group). (B) Raji cells were incubated with 4 μmol/l PN for 24 h.
