(B) The MAD score for each pool measured in screens of enriched TH17 cells from 36 subjects was compared to the MAD score for wells containing MoDCs pulsed with E. coli-expressing GFP using a two-tailed Mann-Whitney test. The antigenicity score for PtrA (SP0641.1), calculated by multiplying the p-values resulting from the Mann-Whitney test of the two pools containing the clone, is also displayed.
