CEM cells were preincubated for 30 min with vehicle (Contr) or CX-4945 at the indicated concentrations, then further incubated for 30 min with 25 µM doxorubicin, whose amount, detected fluorimetrically as described in Materials and Methods, is reported as percentage of the value found in control S-CEM (mean ± SE of three independent experiments).
