Whole-cell maximal currents [Imax] of various coexpressed GlyR domains
HEK293 cells expressing different GlyR variants were patched 24 h post-transfection. Maximal currents (Imax) ± S.E. gated with 1 mm glycine were recorded in 9–10 cells out of at least three batches of transfected HEK293 cells.
