Effect of tetrandrine citrate on β-catenin protein expression and cell cycles of IM-resistant K562 cells
The cells were treated with tetrandrine citrate at the indicated concentrations (0, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, and 6.0 μg/ml) (a) and times (0, 6, 12, and 24 h) (b), followed by Western blot analysis for β-catenin protein, and β-actin was used as a loading control; (c) Tetrandrine caused G1 arrest in IM-resistant K562 leukemia cells.
