After an initial accumulation period, NO levels remain relative steady for a significant time period. (B) log-log graph showing relation between maximum NO concentrations achieved at different PAPA/NO concentrations (n = 4). The slope of 0.51 ± 0.04 is not statistically different from 0.5 (p = 0.30).
