WT (n=6) and MSKO (n=9) mice were infected intraperitoneally with Lm (strain 10403S) for 36h. (A) Lm infection resulted in increased Ly6Chigh (Ly6Chi) CD11b+ monocytes in peripheral blood relative to uninfected mice.
