(A) Peptides RF2-1 and RF2-5 demonstrate increased binding to MAb-1G10 when compared to an unrelated control antibody. (B) Treatment of reduced peptide RF2-1 with N-ethylmaleimide (NEM) significantly reduces MAb-1G10 binding compared to treatment with PBS alone (control), indicating the requirement for a conformational structure constrained by a disulphide bond. Binding levels were compared using Student’s t-test.
