HepG2 cells were treated with dicycloplatin alone or pretreated with Z-IETD-FMK (60 µmol/L) or Z-LETD-FMK (60 µmol/L) for 24 h and then incubated with dicycloplatin (60 µmol/L) for 48 h. Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase detection was used to confirm equal protein loading. Both Z-IETD-FMK and Z-LETD-FMK could reduce PARP cleavage, whereas Bid cleavage was inhibited by Z-IETD-FMK only.
