Tissue distributions of nENaCα, β and γ subunit mRNAs by RT-PCR. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR used specific primers for the ENaC subunits and nGAPDH (Neoceratodus glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase). mRNAs of ENaCα, β and γ subunits were strongly expressed in the gill, kidney and rectum, whereas no mRNA expression was observed in the lung or intestine.
