Colocalization of PLA2G4C and replication complexes in Con1 cells. Lunet-Con1 cells were transfected with pPLA2G4C-HA (Con1 pPLA2G4C-HA) or empty vector (Con1) as the control. Forty-eight hours later, the cells were fixed and probed with antibodies against the HA tag, NS4B, and dsRNA for indirect immunofluorescence analysis. The nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33258. LDs were stained with HCS LipidTOX red (LD). Higher-magnification images of the selected area are also shown.
