Values with the same letter between treatments and within the same time are not significantly different (P>0.05). Data are the means ± SE (n = 3–4). The expression level of HvHMA1 is slightly increased by Zn deficiency, while it is unchanged under Cu deficiency. When exposed to toxicity of Cd, Zn or Cu the expression level of HvHMA1 decreases significantly.
