Far-UV spectra of the synthetic TMD peptides at concentrations ranging from 5–10 µM in the presence of 10 mM C14-betaine detergent micelles. Spectra were collected at 25°C with a step size of 1 nm and are the average of 9 scans. All peptides had helical content >99% (Table S11) as determined using CDNN [63].
