PBMC from a healthy human donor were used as effector cells. Cytotoxicity was measured by a LDH-release assay. (B) Dose-dependence for the induction of ADCC by biosimilar 1B8 mAb on Ramos cells. Rituximab and isotype-matched chimeric C5 antibody were used as positive and negative controls, respectively. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
