(A) J-Lat clones A7 cells were mock treated or treated with M344 (200 nM) or TSA (100 nM) at the indicated times. GFP expression was monitored in gated live cells at 1, 2, 3, and 4 days by standard flow cytometric techniques. Results are presented as fluorescence histograms. (B) Time-dependent effects of M344 on HIV-1 production. Data are expressed as percentage of cells becoming GFP-positive, and represent the means standard deviations of three independent experiments.
