Assessment of proliferation rate of OCI-AML3 and OCIM2. (A) The OCI-AML3 and OCIM2 cells were seeded and cultured for 1, 2, 3 and 4 days. The cell number was counted each day. (B) The cells were seeded and cultured for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. Viable cells were detected by MTT assay and the proliferation rate was calculated.
