Comparison of distances (Å) obtained with different acceptors
Distances (Å) between two opposite residues were obtained with different pairs of fluorophores without any significant variations. Numbers in parentheses indicate the R0 (Å) of the dyes used. The table shows an example of one experiment for four different positions in the S4-S5 linker of KvAP.
