Nox1 knockdown reduced PQ-mediated A11 oligomers and ubiquitin increase in the SN dopaminergic neurons. Representative immunoblot and quantitative analysis of A11 oligomers (A) and ubiquitin (C) levels determined in total lysates of the rats SN tissues in the ipsilateral side by immunoblot analysis. β-Actin was used as an internal control.
