This table identifies the duration of laser photocoagulation treatment, mean IOP, and Aβ1–42 immunoreactivities in the retina and optic nerve head (ONH) after laser photocoagulation treatment. The left eye was treated with laser photocoagulation and the right eye was used as a non-treated control in each monkey. Abbreviations: tissue not stained (−),weak immunostaining intensity (+), moderate immunostaining intensity (++), and robust immunostaining intensity (+++). The grading was performed by a single observer who was blinded to the animals’ data.
