Modulation of microglia activity by anti-apoE antibody treatment. APPswe/PS1ΔE9 mice were intraperitoneally injected with PBS vehicle or anti-apoE antibody (HJ6.3; 10 mg/kg) 4 times every 3 d. (A and B) Brain sections were immunostained for activated microglia with anti-CD45 antibody. Bar, 150 µm.
