Time required for complete healing of incisional wound after application of Aloe littoralis gel and extract. An incision, 6 cm in length was made through the skin and subcutaneous muscles on the dorsal midline of animals. Control group received vehicle (gel base). In second and third groups, Aloe gel formulation (100%) and ALRMG (500 mg daily) were applied topically on the incisional wound until complete healing.
