(A) LAD2 cells transfected with control or RIN3 siRNA were allowed to migrate toward SCF. This experiment was performed twice in triplicate, **p<0.01. (B) Cells infected with Ad-GFP or Ad-RIN3 were allowed to migrate toward SCF. Experiment was performed in triplicate, **p<0.01. Immunoblots for RIN3 and TUBB are shown to the right of each graph. Immunoblot quantification (LI-COR) indicated a 26% reduction in KIT (normalized to GAPDH).
